Your calendars

When you connect Google Calendar or iCloud, TimeLiiine accesses your account details, calendars, and events so you can view and manage your schedule. Calendar syncing happens directly between the app and your calendar provider. Connection credentials are stored in your own Mac's Keychain and sent directly to your calendar provider when needed. We never receive them.

Usage and feedback

We collect app usage and basic device information, including a device identifier and IP address, to understand usage and improve TimeLiiine. We use analytics and feedback service providers to process this information and connected account email addresses on our behalf, with usage analytics sent to their EU service.

We collect the email addresses of calendar accounts you connect and may contact you to ask about your experience, including after you stop using TimeLiiine or disconnect an account. We will never send you newsletters or promotional emails. If you submit feedback, we receive your message and any contact details you include.

Creating events from text

When you create an event from text, the text you enter and relevant date information are sent to an external AI service to interpret your request. Your existing calendar events are not included.

Google data

We do not sell your Google data or use it for advertising or to train general-purpose AI models. TimeLiiine's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will follow the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.

Retention and your choices

We keep account email addresses for up to 12 months after your last use of TimeLiiine, unless you ask us to delete them sooner. Disconnecting a calendar does not by itself delete previously collected analytics or feedback information.

You can disconnect accounts in Manage Calendars and revoke Google access through your Google Account connections. Disconnecting does not delete events from your calendar provider.

You can ask us to stop feedback outreach, access or correct your information, or request deletion. Depending on your location, you may also have rights to restrict or object to processing, obtain a portable copy of your data, and complain to your data protection authority.
